Teilnahmebedingungen

1. Teilnahme und Gewinn

(1) Am HAIX kicktipp WM-Gewinnspiel nimmt teil, wer sich mit den erforderlichen Daten anmeldet.

(2) Mehrfachteilnahmen sind ausgeschlossen.

(3) Es werden insgesamt 11 Gewinner ausgewählt. Der Gesamtpunktestand im Tippspiel bestimmt den Gewinner. Bei Punktegleichstand entschiedet das Los. Der Veranstalter behält sich vor, außerdem zusätzliche Gewinne auszuschreiben.

(4) Der Gewinn kann nicht bar ausgezahlt oder in anderer Form ausgegeben werden. Gewinnansprüche sind nicht übertragbar.

1. Teilnahmebedingungen

(1) Teilnahmeberechtigt sind Personen, die das 18. Lebensjahr vollendet haben.

(2) Zur Teilnahme am Gewinnspiel ist die Angabe der geforderten Daten zwingend erforderlich. Alle Angaben müssen der Wahrheit entsprechen.

(3) Die Teilnahme ist nicht vom Erwerb einer Ware von HAIX abhängig. Der Erwerb einer Ware erhöht die Gewinnchancen nicht.

1. Teilnahmeausschluss

(1) Mitarbeiter/innen von HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH und deren Angehörige sind von der Teilnahme Gewinnspiel ausgeschlossen.

(2) Bei Verdacht auf Manipulation behält sich HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH das Recht vor, Einsendungen für das Gewinnspiel von der Teilnahme auszuschließen.

1. Durchführung und Abwicklung

(1) Die Durchführung des Wettbewerbs obliegt der HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH.

(2) Die Gewinner werden per E-Mail benachrichtigt. Sollte sich ein Gewinner innerhalb von 2 Tagen nach der Benachrichtigung nicht zur Entgegennahme seines Gewinnes melden, verfällt der Gewinn und es wird ein Ersatzgewinner ermittelt.

(3) Die Lieferbedingungen zur Auslieferung des Gewinns werden von HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH festgelegt.

(4) Die Gewinner werden schriftlich benachrichtigt und auf den Kanälen des Veranstalters, unter anderem Facebook-Seiten, Instagram und Websites namentlich veröffentlicht. Mit dieser Form der Veröffentlichung erklären sich die Gewinner ausdrücklich einverstanden. HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH ist berechtigt, die Daten des Gewinners an Dritte zu übermitteln, um so eine Auslieferung des Gewinns zu ermöglichen.

(5) Die Laufzeit des Gewinnspiels’ ist von 7. Juni 2018 bis 15. Juli 2018, 24 Uhr MESZ.

(6) Der Gewinner des Gewinnspiels wird bei gleichem Punktestand per Losverfahren bestimmt.

1. Vorzeitige Beendigung des Gewinnspiels

HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH behält sich vor, das Gewinnspiel zu jedem Zeitpunkt ohne Ankündigung und die Angabe von Gründen zu unterbrechen oder zu beenden.

1. Datenschutz

1) Um an dem Gewinnspiel teilnehmen zu können, ist es unerlässlich, die oben genannten Wege einzuhalten. Durch die Teilnahme erklären sich Teilnehmer ausdrücklich damit einverstanden, dass HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH die dazu erforderlichen Daten für die Dauer des Gewinnspiels und über diesen Zeitraum hinaus speichern darf. Außerdem diese Daten für Werbezwecke der HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH verwenden und den Teilnehmer über E-Mail kontaktieren darf.

(2) Im Hinblick auf die registrierten Daten der Teilnehmer verpflichtet sich HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH die Datenschutz- und medienrechtlichen Bestimmungen einzuhalten.

1. Haftung

(1) HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH wird mit Aushändigung des Gewinns von allen Verpflichtungen befreit. Für Rechts- und/oder Sachmängel wird nicht gehaftet.

(2) Die Bekanntgabe der Gewinner erfolgt ohne Gewähr.

1. Sonstiges

(1) Der Rechtsweg ist ausgeschlossen.

(2) Diese Teilnahmebedingungen und die gesamte Rechtsbeziehung zwischen den Teilnehmern und HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH unterliegen ausschließlich dem Recht der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.

(3) Sollten einzelne Bestimmungen der Teilnahmebedingungen ungültig sein oder werden, bleibt die Gültigkeit der übrigen Teilnahmebedingungen unberührt.

(4) Diese Teilnahmebedingungen können jederzeit von HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH ohne gesonderte Benachrichtigung geändert werden.

Conditions of Participation

1. Participation and prize

(1) The HAIX kicktipp World Cup competition is open to anyone who registers with the required data.

(2) Multiple entries are excluded.

(3) A total of 11 winners will be selected. The total score in the betting game determines the winner. In the event of a tie, the winner will be drawn by lot. The organizer also reserves the right to announce additional prizes.

(4) The prize cannot be paid out in cash or in any other form. Prize claims are not transferable.

(1) Persons over 18 years of age are eligible to participate.

(2) To participate in the competition, it is mandatory to provide the required data. All information must be true.

(3) Participation does not depend on the purchase of HAIX products. The purchase of a product does not increase the chances of winning.

(1) Employees of HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH and their relatives are excluded from the competition.

(2) HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH reserves the right to exclude entries for the competition if manipulation is suspected.

(1) HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH is responsible for conducting the competition.

(2) The winners will be notified by e-mail. If a winner does not report for acceptance of his prize within 2 days after notification, the prize will be forfeited and a replacement winner will be chosen.

(3) The delivery terms for delivery of the prize will be defined by HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH.

(4) The winners will be notified in writing and published by name on the platforms of the organizer, including Facebook pages, Instagram and websites. The winners expressly agree to this form of publication. HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH is entitled to transfer the winner’s data to third parties in order to enable delivery of the prize.

(5) The duration of the competition is from 7 June 2018 to 15 July 2018, 24:00 CEST.

(6) In the case of equal scores, the winner of the competition will be chosen by the drawing of lots.

HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH reserves the right to interrupt or end the competition at any time without notice and without giving reasons.

1. Data Privacy

1) In order to take part in the competition, it is essential to follow the above steps. By participating, participants expressly agree that HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH may store the necessary data for the duration of the competition and beyond this period. In addition, you may use this data for advertising purposes of HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH and contact the participant via e-mail.

(2) With regard to the registered data of the participants, HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH undertakes to observe legal data protection and media law stipulations.

1. Liability

(1) HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH is released from all obligations upon delivery of the prize. No liability will be accepted for defects of title and/or material defects.

(2)  No guarantee is assumed for the announcement of the winners.

1. Miscellaneous

(1) Legal recourse is excluded.

(2) These Conditions of Participation and the entire legal relationship between the participants and HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH are governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

(3) Should individual provisions of the Conditions of Participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining Conditions of Participation shall remain unaffected.

(4) These Conditions of Participation can be amended at any time by HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH without prior notice.

(1) Pour participer au concours HAIX kicktipp WM, il est indispensable de s’inscrire en indiquant les informations nécessaires.

(2) Les participations multiples sont exclues.

(3) Un total de 11 gagnants est sélectionné. Le nombre total de points gagnés lors des paris détermine le gagnant. Un tirage au sort est réalisé en cas d’égalité. L’organisateur se réserve le droit d’annoncer des gains supplémentaires.

(4) Le gain ne peut pas être réglé en espèces ou sous une autre forme. Les gains ne sont pas transférables.

1. Conditions de participation

(1) Les personnes âgées de 18 ans révolus sont autorisées à participer.

(2) Pour participer au concours, il est absolument nécessaire de saisir les informations requises. Toutes les informations doivent être véridiques.

(3) La participation ne dépend pas de l’acquisition de produits HAIX. L’achat d’un produit n’augmente pas les chances de remporter le concours.

(1)  Les collaborateurs/collaboratrices de la société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH et leurs proches sont exclus de la participation au concours.

(2) La société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH se réserve le droit d’exclure des candidatures au concours si elle soupçonne une manipulation.

1. Réalisation et déroulement

(1) La réalisation du concours incombe à la société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH.

(2) Les gagnants seront informés par e-mail. Si un gagnant ne réclame pas son gain dans un délai de 2 jours après notification, le gain est prescrit et un gagnant de remplacement est sélectionné.

(3) La société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH détermine les conditions de livraison concernant le gain.

(4) Les gagnants seront informés par écrit et leur nom sera publié sur les canaux de l’organisateur, entre autres sur les pages Facebook, Instagram et son site web. Les gagnants se déclarent formellement en accord avec cette forme de publication. La société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH est en droit de transmettre les données du gagnant à des tiers afin de permettre la livraison du gain.

(5) La durée du concours s’étend du 7 juin 2018 au 15 juillet 2018, 24 heures MESZ.

(6) Le gagnant du concours sera tiré au sort en cas d’égalité avec d’autres participants.

1. Interruption anticipée du concours

La société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH se réserve le droit d’interrompre ou de terminer le concours à tout moment sans préavis et sans en mentionner le motif.

1. Politique de confidentialité

1) Pour pouvoir participer au concours, il est indispensable de respecter les conditions susmentionnées. Par sa participation, les participants se déclarent expressément en accord avec le fait que la société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH enregistre les informations nécessaires pour la durée du concours et au-delà. D’autre part, la société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH utilise ces informations à des fins publicitaires et est autorisée à contacter les participants par e-mail.

(2) La société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH s’engage à respecter les dispositions relatives à la protection des données et au droit des médias concernant les informations enregistrées concernant les participants.

1. Responsabilité

(1) Avec la remise du gain, la société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH se libère de toutes les obligations. Nous déclinons toute responsabilité pour les vices juridiques et/ou matériels.

(2) L’annonce des gagnants est sans garantie.

1. Divers

(1) Tout recours légal est exclu.

(2) Ces conditions de participation et l’intégralité de la relation juridique entre les participants et la HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH sont soumises exclusivement au Droit de la République fédérale d’Allemagne.

(3) Si certaines dispositions devaient être ou devenir caduques, la validité des conditions de participation restantes reste inchangée.

(4) La société HAIX-Schuhe Produktions- und Vertriebs GmbH est autorisée à modifier à tout moment ces conditions de participation sans préavis particulier.
