Campaign & Offline Marketing Specialist (m/f/d)
Ab sofort – Arbeitsort: 3521 Utrecht (NL)
Your role in this journey:
- Conceptualize, plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement
- Develop the strategic framework for cross-media campaigns and product launches, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals
- Organize and manage events, trade fairs, and promotional activities
- Develop and implement POS and retailer marketing strategies, including materials, promotions, and partnerships
- Drive offline campaigns such as print, out-of-home, and traditional media initiatives
- Manage sports sponsorships, including contract negotiations, activation, and public relations efforts
- Oversee media bookings in collaboration with media agencies (TV, radio, magazines, OOH advertising, etc.)
- Lead and coordinate external agencies to ensure high-quality execution of marketing strategies
- Adapt global content for local markets and develop original localized content.
- Serve as a key contact for print media, coordinating articles, ads, and press relations.
- Monitor and scout potential sponsorship opportunities and local market partnerships
- Support translation processes, mainly between German and Dutch
- Contribute to the growth and development of the HAIX Netherlands organization and team
Your backpack is filled with:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in campaign management, event planning, and/or offline marketing
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and organization
- Creative mindset and a hands-on approach to executing marketing activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Dutch (native speaker level) is a must, English (business fluent), German would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with marketing tools and analytics is an advantage
