HAIX offers a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty on all of its footwear. This manufacturer warranty covers substantial defects in materials and workmanship of your new HAIX footwear (see warranty claims on www.haixusa.com). The coverage of the warranty lasts for one year after the date of purchase of your footwear.

 

Black Eagle 2 Year WarrantyFor some of our BLACK EAGLE footwear models, HAIX will grant an extended 2 year total warranty.* Eligible models are noted below. This warranty shall not apply to any of the following:

  1. Products that have been repaired or altered by anyone other than Manufacturer approved personnel
  2. Products that have been damaged by negligence or accident or by other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the manufacturer
  3. Products that have been improperly used or maintained, or that have been subjected to abnormal conditions of use or maintenance not in conformity with the manufacturer’s written instructions concerning use and maintenance. Excluded from this warranty are shoe components subject to natural wear, e.g. outsoles.

*In order to extend the HAIX 1 Year Limited Warranty for an additional year, Purchaser must complete the form below and indicate the footwear model purchased.
